So how often do they do the Tall ships event?

The tall ships are part of the Whitehaven Festival, there are usually a few in at various times of the year but the Festival is usually guarenteed to get 2 or 3.

We ususally get a couple of boats in during the year. The festival is usually held every two years - but they are trying to have it annually.. funding is an issue.
